Let me be honest . I studied QUT for two semester. Everything is good and top notch. But the ph call pickup, emails and online chat wait times plus the pickup time or queue is the worst. Its been four days now since i have not been able to get in contact in ph call with at least one agent. Not evey body can come to college immediately. In such cases, ph calls , emails and chat is the only option we people have. The uni needs to seriously re consider improving their this part of service
I was on campus one time and got attacked by birds. 1/10 would not go again
