Consistently good pizza. A HomeTown staple. For me pizza always equals Quonset. There's something to be said about our super thin crust pizza. It's not all Lou Malnati's in the Chicagoland area. Highly recommend this pizza to all.
Best pizza in the US Yeah I went there!! It really is the best pizza I've ever had. When you find yourself always comparing everyone else's pizza to Quonsets that tells you that I haven't found a replacement yet. Lol. They are an authentic pizzeria and have been around a long time. I love getting my weekly dose from my favorite place! They do serve sandwiches, which my friend loves, but I can't get past the pizza. Now if I could only find another female that likes anchovies, I'd be set!
Best Pizza I have ever had I grew up in Waukegan, born in 1960. Left in 1975. Now live in CA. Best pizza I have ever had is Quonset, the pizza cut in squares. I'll be there again this summer (2010) and will DINE-IN. I was there in 2008, delicious.
Best Pizza I am suprised to see that there are no reviews on Quonset Pizza!!!This restaurant has been by far my families most favorite pizza palace since the 70's, if not earlier. My husband and I love to travel and try different pizza restaurants and I must say in my opinion, nothing beats Quonset!!!Every time our family goes back home to Waukegan, stopping at Quonset is a must! The pizza is the best, the staff are all very welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfortable.Keep up the Awesome work in tossing those pizzas!!!
Im a skinny crust girl!!! Best pizza ever made. If you move away this is your first stop when you visit home.
