I was treated like shit. I spent nearly a week trying to explain a serious, time-sensitive matter, repeatedly providing information and clarification that should have been read and understood the first time. I was given reason to believe my case was being seriously evaluated, but his questions repeatedly showed that he had not actually processed what I was sending him. In addition to his response, he included links that helped explain policy regarding the process for obtaining a trademark. He filed the forms within a couple of days and then followed up to let me know what to expect over the next few months. Highly recommend his service!
