I thought it's a family friendly place but there's something so unfriendly about being in the pool with parents and their children and having men sitting in the corner just watching everyone. Referring to a family/public swim time in the therapy pool. During our hour visit there were 3 seperate men sitting in corners, not swimming but just leaning against the wall for the duration of the swim time. Just staring at children.
I like this place, during holiday season, there should be more front desk staff working , but only 1 staff is working on it. 99% booked on line, all they need is a band, we waited until the 1 hour event has passed half, sad.

Great place to swim and do activities
Staff is very nice and always here to help you and nothing wrong with them at all. But the changing room for women and the showers are extremely disgusting which is not hygienic at all when so many people are using the pool and many times they were exactly the same as dirty than the day before, which means that in two days they hadn't been cleaned... I hope they'll do something to change the situation..
