The therapist did the bare mimimum that was required, & the injury never got better. I waited longer than the treatments and the treatments are ultrasound and a heat pad (bare bones for physio). Appointments were randomly moved without consent by email. I'm going elsewhere. I did adress the issue with the offie and got no response. It was for my child, and then when I cancelled they repeatedly tried to get my 12 year old on the phone to talk to him dispite me saying he's not avaliable. Receptionist was really friendly and approachable, and the physiotherapist who saw me was exceptionally helpful and informative. So glad I decided to visit this place.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Janie, Noble and the other receptionist deserve 5 stars! They are great! The physiotherapist Mariam was A.W.F.U.L! 10:37am was my arrival time. Let me start with the first day I had my appointment. I waited 30 minutes to be seen, I was given a self assessment that took me 5-7 minutes to complete!
