Very disrespectful to long time members. They bought out my original credit union and from that point on they did nothing but made my banking unpleasant. They also was disrespectful to my wife when she tried to get a loan on her own telling her she had to have her husband sign. Even though she had her own income. Horrible service since becoming Alterna.
Laura was great to deal with at the Frankford location! She had everything organized and ready to go to transfer an account into my name. Very simple process thank you !!
