The experience dealing with this office and John was very disappointing and unprofessional. Proceed with caution. Start by calling the office and seeing what you get. Paying $60 for the 9 minute consultation that resulted in him telling me his fee to write an eviction notice and having the tenant served was $2500 and could be higher if it went to court, then being offended when I asked what I got for the $2500. Find a traditional attorney that bills an hourly rate and won’t be an hour late for the scheduled call.
