Was seeing Dr. Lippmann for interstitial cystitis when, during one appointment, a member of the nursing staff demanded I leave a urine sample, even though I had previously said I was unable at that time, took me into a private room and belligerently told me she "would have to catheterize" me to take one. I burst into tears and was completely traumatized by this situation.
