Mr. Quinn is on it! I called him we spoke on the Wednesday before my pay period ended and he explained the cost and the how the finance company works and made sure I qualified, he then sent me all the documents I needed to sign and a list of things he would need from me, I signed everything and took my first class and Friday he filled the necessary documents to have the company that was garnishing 25% of my wages to seize immediately and sent myself and my payroll company the documents to stop garnishing my wages.
