Every person I spoke to from the Quincy offices are rude. I have never spoke up to tell the operator that they are being rude before, until this call. No hello or goodbye and almost wanted to hang up on me before I finished speaking. They are not there to help, they are only there to take your money.
I’ve been trying to contact the office for over a month. No answer and no one has called me back. Extremely upsetting.
Sheila Smyth loves to start fires with her words over the phone. Absolutely no phone etiquette at all. She could truly benefit from a communications or customer service course. I called slightly agitated because I was charged twice by what seems to be the City of Quincy listed on my credit card. She thought it would be appropriate to correct me saying it’s not “you guys” charging you. So your using the wrong words.
