We hired them because they said that they could move my safe into the basement. They refused once they were on site. They refused to move a sectional sofa into the basement because it wouldn’t fit. My wife and I had to do it ourselves. They didn’t put the boxes into the places that were marked. They just left them in the front room. The second worst issue that I had was that one mover performed an obscene act for the amusement of his coworkers. Quincy Storage and Transfer Co moved my husband and I from Quincy, Illinois to Springfield, Illinois. I had everything packed and ready to be loaded when the crew arrived on time. Starting with the crew lead every one of them introduced themselves to my husband and I and shook our hands. They were all clean and respectfull. Extremely professional from start to finish! From the quoting process to the confirmation then the actual move. The men were polite, fast-paced, and very respectful of all my belongings. They are worth every penny. Moving is always stressful but they made the day a much easier transition. Thank you Kurt and the guys with Quincy Storage & Transfer Co. I highly recommend them!
