My debit card wasn't working so I went into the bank to get a replacement. They charged me for a replacement even though I brought the old card back in, and explained the situation.
Great Credit Union, great people. Super helpful very transparent their online banking is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Stephen is awesome, I wish there were more tellers like him in this world. I cannot recommend QCU enough.
Michael/ Clay/ Stephen/ Olivia are amazing team over here at the Marshfield location! I’ve been to many different banks and credit unions and they surpass everyone. The experience and friendliness through guiding you to a new bank was way past expectations. Highly recommend!!!!!
