Want to give a huge shoutout to Quinces buses for being so helpful and reliable in my group trip to Strawberry Fields last month. I specifically want to thank Yash for helping out my group with some issues we encountered along the way - he made every step easy and rectified everything for our group (which I appreciate greatly). Highly recommend this company and will most certainly be using them for all our festivals in the future !! Thanks team :)
Major shout out to our friendly, professional and efficient bus driver Joni Jouhari. We always use Quinces as transport for our youth/school group excursions. Joni was on time, helpful, kind, focused, professional, organized and had great communication throughout the entire day. Would definitely recommend and will be booking Quinces in the future!!
Got bus from Sunbury was a rail replacement drivers brakes are terrible he kept applying them to close to other cars didn’t give much break distance between vehicles got stuck over small roundabout when he was struggling to drive around it instead he wanted to go over it not around it worse bus journey I’ve been in so far I was scared we would be stuck and everyone was laughing at him cause if it I was standing and another they made us stand which should not be allowed for safety reasons. Was travelling from Sunbury to sunshine, train replacement doesn't help but I sat in one Quinces bus,first time around the area and i haven't seen this sort of new bus doing rail, it was silent like you're sitting in a room. Best rail bus I have been in. Driver customer service was amazing something you don't usually get while catching a bus.
