My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at this studio! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism while choosing the dresses. The team made her feel completely comfortable from dress selection, makeup and in front of the camera. They guided her through poses in a way that felt natural, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. I wish I could give it a zero star. We had an appt for 12 pm. Got there on time and waited over 40 mins to be helped. I kept telling them the size I needed and they kept brining me smaller sizes. They kept telling me to help instead of them. Expecting us to put on the dresses, tie them, put them in the bag and take them out and so on. In the end I left after one dress when they called my child FAT… telling her she needed to lose weight. She’s a size 12, that’s not fat. Never got a crown, never got help.
