I bought a 15 bear and I showed photos of the texture and pattern of the dress and said I wanted something similar to it. When I went to pick up the bear it was utterly disappointing they got 9 green beads in clusters of 3 and hot glued them together. I believe it was around $100 for a bear and a plain piece of fabric. I definitely recommend going to harwin for all you 15 needs.
