I ordered a tiara for my nieces quinceanera and the tiara that I received was the wrong color and style. My nieces colors are light blue and silver so I ordered a silver tiara and got gold. I tried calling several times and couldn't get ahold of anyone. The email that I sent was finally responded to via text message. Great place to shop.
My dad passed away from Covid-19 tis pass year & we post poned the quinceanera. Our family couldn’t afford the quince & funeral at the same time. When we were ready to do the quince months later, the store manager Maria wouldn’t work with us to get the items we prepaid. My family had receipts & we didn’t want a refund just wanted the items we paid for. We understand people & businesses been affected by Covid-19, but I can’t believe my own race would be like tis. Strongly don’t recommend doing business here.
Love this place ! Great customer service everyone was super nice helped me out so much ! Will definitely be coming back !!!
