My mom, Daughter, and I went into this location on sunday and was so pleased by how amazing and helpful everyone was. my daughter left feeling like a queennnn!!! the girls and the owner were all on the floor with us and helped us with picking color and design!! i couldnt thank yall enough for helping us
My experience here was really great as soon as I got customers service from Carolina I felt very welcome she made my experience trying on dresses very fun and enjoyable and explained the packets they offer in detail I would recommend if you would come in to ask for her.
After going to several stores hers was the one with best customer service and price. She made up for previous bad experiences. I would recommend purchasing from her. Worth the experience
This place has HORRIBLE customer service. We walked in and the ladies were busy so we didn’t expect anyone to greet us but there’s no sign in sheet or anything. We waited patiently for at least 25 minutes before I had to go ask for help since they were taking someone that walked in AFTER us. Finally someone approached us and the girl, who didn’t tell us her name, was no help at all.
