We had the most amazing experience here! The service was impeccable and they treated my daughter like family. Top quality dresses, reasonable pricing, and they held our hand through the process. They had a seamstress on site, steamed the dress for photos, and then again for the actual party. They really made my daughter BECOME a princess. For that, we can't thank the staff at Quince Gallery enough, but to do so with a smile and be genuine... that's extremely rare. 100000/10 Highly recommend!!!!
After visiting multiple quince dress shops in the WPB and Orlando areas with little success, we finally found Quince Gallery—and I’m so glad we did! my sister had an amazing experience at this store choosing out her quince dress, we tried out other stores but nothing matched the energy to this one. We traveled over 1 hour for this store and completely worth it each time. Thank you to the friendly and patient staff for helping us through every step of the process. Very beautiful dresses to offer. The dress arrived in excellent condition and they made some perfect alterations to the waist for a good price. Thank you again Quince Gallery!
Acabo de salir de esa tienda donde tuvimos y tenemos una muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo a nadie Nadie vaya ahí Esto pasa cuando pagas todo adelantado Ahora la señora no se quiere hacer responsable de los ajustes del vestido entre otras cosas Habíamos hablado días atrás y quedamos en un acuerdo y hoy dice que no va cumplir Horrible horrible servicio No avía visto tantos malos comentarios de lo contrario jamás abría venido aquí
