This place is one of a kind.. I've been in and out of the recovery life for over 15 years and this place knows what they're doing.. they have the best medical doctors, The dentist is amazing, and every counselor seems to really care and help you on your journey. Even the people at the front desk are awesome and very helpful.. this place helped me change my life!

I’ve never been somewhere where some of the staff not only don’t try to help but try to hinder the clients there. There are some employees there that are amazing, but some of them need to reevaluate their reason for working at a place like this. I hear about the same people over and over again along with my own personal interactions. It’s unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential

The security there are extremely rude and bully the patients. I’ve had panic attacks because of the way they talk to me and I’ve informed them I’m a victim of domestic violence and it made no difference. They think that enforcing someone wearing a hood is worth them leaving and relapsing and possibly dying. Just extremely disappointing

An employee told me that they got rid of the problem employees after I had enough. I lost trust. Not sure I would go back very disorganized.
