Everyone working here was so nice to take time to show me around the retreat center and pattern and kit warehouse. I even got to meet Judy herself! What a treat
Excellent customer service, and responsive to questions. Would recommend!!
I think the instructions in your quilt patterns are terribly done. If the country had to work with your instructions we would be a third world country over night. When I have to go to the internet to find corrections to these patterns that I have paid a lot of money for and am expecting to be done right that is a disgrace to everyone. After I have discovered that it does not work and have wasted hours trying to figure out what is wrong it is pretty disappointing in the product.
