If I could have rated no stars I would have. Terrible, let me repeat TERRIBLE customer service and delivery of purchased products. They keep advertising classes, but when you buy the supplies they make excuses why they haven’t shipped it. For example, I purchased $250. Worth of supplies on or about 12/6/2025 for an online class that was supposed to start on 1/17/26. I have been trying to contact a live person since the end of December. I have successfully bought from this store several times, but now I am reluctant to purchase anything since I have been "stonewalled" for the past month or so over a problem with a $2.99 online purchase. Every attempt I have made to get this resolved has met with utter silence--contact with onine customer service, phone call, email messaage, letter--absolutely no response, and now every time I call I get the message that the google subscriber I have called is not available! Excellent selection and exceptional service.
My first experience with the store was just now on Tuesday October 14th. I was there at 10:00 a.m. and the lady that opened the shop snapped at me and was rude because I was trying to open the door to go in because it was 10:00. She apparently had not unlocked the door yet. I didn't know if the door was stuck or what but she snapped at me and was VERY RUDE!!
