My wife is the quilter, and she had been wanting to visit for some time. The owner has numerous quilting videos on YouTube, and everything you need can be found in the store. It was fairly quiet when we visited, and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit or ten if you are a quilter.

Angela Walters and her channel never struggle to find new ways to challenge and inspire her followers, and at the same time inspire and encourage the beginners. The Quilting Is My Therapy Shop is a great place for quilting supplies, machines and even lessons on quilting. They have beautiful quilts on display and the lady in the shop is super friendly and informative. Anyone interested in learning the art of quilting should be very happy with a visit to this great shop.
I learned to FMQ by watching Angela's videos & was so happy to visit this cute shop near Kansas City today.
