Horrible customer service, expensive prices To make a 4 month long story short, I paid for a class, plus over $50 in materials, and did not get what I paid for. I was not called when a class meeting was cancelled due to illness, the class was extremely unorganized, and the instructor was unfamiliar with the pattern (the other students had chosen the pattern). Great shop Great shop with great merchandise, offers classes in quilting. Only problem in my mind is the prices. They are definately out of my leauge. I can't hardly afford thread there, but all of their items are first class. Located in downtown Leavenworth with on street parking. Very friendly helpful staff.
