Rebecca was SO helpful. And there's SO much fabric to choose from as well as quilting kits. I can definitely see how quilting could become addictive.

The staff was very friendly They have a decent selection of fabric both for the modern quilter and traditional. I overheard a customer talking about their long arm services and it sounds like she is always very satisfied

Went in today to have a quilt top quilted. I had very carefully measured it at home & written those measurements on a note attached to the quilt. When the HQ employee, Vicky, measured it, it was 2" longer & wider. I questioned her method of measurement she got very defensive, said she wasn't trying to cheat me. Regardless of her intentions she measured my quilt incorrectly, I said I'd go elsewhere & she very sarcastically said that was fine with her. I went to another shop, my measurements were correct. Terrible experience, took my Juki in for repair, it was there 4 months, kept checking on it with no answers, finally got it back, took it to a workshop I paid to take and it was still not working at all, in fact then there were things wrong that were not wrong when I took it in. Needless to say, I will never sset foot in Quilters HQ.

Quilters go to where the old Aldi's store used to be across South from Kohl's big fabric, new sewing machines, lessons classes acessories, thread, quilt patterns. Very nice young people who are very welcoming and knowledgeable to help you find what you need or to learn something about there machines. Give it a try.
