This was my first time in Quilters HQ. All the ladies working there today were very friendly and helpful. I am learning how to quilt and they provided suggestions and tips for me and also informed me they teach classes ahould I want more help and invited me to stop by if I had any questions. I felt very welcomed.
Great selection of fun novelty fabrics and loads of small prints/florals in every color scheme. Very helpful and engaging staff!
So disappointed. Asked for repair shop to look at an old sewing machine. Left a $50 deposit. Nearly two months later was called and told that there are no parts available for the machine. I asked for the money to be credited back. Was told “no” I’ve spent a lot of money on fabric and would gladly pay for a repair. I thought I found a respectable shop, no, so disappointed.

Rebecca was SO helpful. And there's SO much fabric to choose from as well as quilting kits. I can definitely see how quilting could become addictive.
