I have owned my sewing/embroidery machine for 4 years now. I have had trouble with it all 4 years. Since my warranty had expired, I decided to try another place to see if they could really fix it. Yesterday I took it to Tom at Quilters Haven. I got it back the same day. It has never run as good as it does now. I have wanted to really have fun with this machine, but until today, it just didn't happen. I am having so much fun with it today! I am so glad I took it to Tom. He did a great job. Thanks Tom!
