I purchased a new Ellie longarm from Quilted joy and couldn't be happier on this purchase. I recently purchased the inteliquilter system for my longarm. Since I’m in Michigan, I needed to do a self install. Angela was wonderful. Guiding me through the entire process remotely. Lots of shared photos and communication back and forth. Her study hall videos are so helpful and I will be watching them multiple times as I become familiar with this amazing software. Overall, it was just a great experience.

The store does have a nice selection of fabric. The four times I was in the store I was pretty much ignored by the staff. They seemed more interested in carrying on conversations among themselves. Their service department is significantly substandard. I have a PFAFF Creative Icon 2 that I took in for repair. Prior to taking it in I asked if they were able to work on my type of machine.
