The store does have a nice selection of fabric. The four times I was in the store I was pretty much ignored by the staff. They seemed more interested in carrying on conversations among themselves. Their service department is significantly substandard. I have a PFAFF Creative Icon 2 that I took in for repair. Prior to taking it in I asked if they were able to work on my type of machine. Angela's videos are cheerful and informative. I usually pick up a tip from watching them. Her online store carries a complete set of Glide threads. My online order was complete and arrived quickly.
I'm fortunate to live in Louisville, KY near Quilted Joy! The parking lot is ample. The shop is huge & full of inspiration. I appreciate the variety of thread colors & weights. If you're in our area, stop by! The fabric is a feast for your eyes!
