My favorite quilt shop!
Rude. Called outside the shop on a Saturday and was rudely told they had moved with no information posted.
Hours were not updated on website or phone VM. Drove 40 minutes to a locked shop. I came to the Main Street location. The office was locked and the sign on the door said Saturdays by Appt Only. The VM did not say Sat by appt. Since you did not change your website or the info on Google Maps, I suggested the changes for you. Google rep should be calling you to verify. I was only trying to help. You really should not BLAME the customer for your short-comings.
I brought a Singer sewing machine in for repair, paid the $100-or so deposit (non-refundable) and was informed there was only one person that repaired machines so it may take a while. No problem I said. After several months went by I had not received a call diagnosis so I waited a while more, then finally stopped by to check the status. The repairman was sick i was told so I waited some more.
