Dear QuickTrip management, I want to share my experience during my visit to your Colony location at around 5 AM 08/24/2026 . The overnight employee spoke very quickly and didn't give me a chance to finish my question or explain what I needed. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional. What disappointed me more was that this happened in front of her manager, and nothing was said or done. I believe every customer deserves patience and respect. I hope you can review this and consider additional customer service training.
