Q.T. is a great place to go to get great deals on drinks, food and gas fuel. Nice staff. Fast check outs.
Christopher, the man working Saturday morning, 2-15-26 was extremely rude. He was sitting in the back on his phone. I leaned around back and asked if anyone was here. His response was, “are you in a hurry?” He then argued with me that I didn’t have to wait as long as I said and that it wasn’t his problem.
I can’t stand it when they hire rude people. Like this is QT, aren’t you supposed to have the best customer service? Nothing against pregnant women, but the woman behind the counter, brown hair, tall, pregnant. She was so snobbish and made me uncomfortable.
I had a wonderful experience at this gas station due to the outstanding customer service by Christoper Carpenter! He went out of his way to ensure I left satisfied so I definitely appreciate his service. -Note to Management: That young man is without a doubt leadership material! Please treat him as such if you want him to stick around.
