Bad attitude and very poor service from the breakfast person. We had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast because he was cooking pizzas when there was pizza at the window. Customer service comes first. It wasn't just me, but some people left because the guy told them he had to cook pizzas before cooking something for the customer who had to wait.

Went in to buy a 4 pack of Vuse Golden Tobacco. I paid for it, then when she handed it to me it said Classic Tobacco. I told her this wasn’t what I wanted, that I wanted the Golden Tobacco. She said it’s the same thing, they just changed the packaging, which they had - I had never seen these packs before. There was one pack with a yellow flower thing on the front and another with red, she handed me the red.
