I just relocated to Texas about a month ago. I have been to several QT's, I don't care what time I go in ,this is the cleanest store I have seen yet. The employees are always always friendly, nobody is standing around talking or on their cellphones. They are always cleaning, (bubbles is always doing the floors when I'm there), restocking or assisting someone. I don't know who the manager is here but he needs PROPS he has a great staff. Your register girl won't sell beer on Saturday between midnight and 1am. She says that's the law. She is incorrect and needs to be corrected. Texas law is up to 1am on Saturdays.
Maybe need to staff more people in the kitchen for the morning? 15 minutes for a grilled cheese and a sandwich is crazy, also imagine ordering your sandwich with avocado just for the person to be like I put it on the side??? Now I got to take extra time to put it on my sandwich… the entire point of me paying y’all to do it. Also to mention the people behind me got their food first and when they placed it minuetes after. I think
Every QT around here has broken air pumps for more than half the year that they don't seem to fix
I always come to this QT for this exact reason. Something was out of stock and Andrew was more than helpful he went to the back and personally got it himself for me. Five star service all around thank you Andrew you are the best.
