Something wrong with the soda machine,Coke tastes like water.
Terrible management. Watered down sodas, QT managers make over 6 figures a year with their bonuses based off of store profits, there are two little white control knobs under the each label cap of each soda dispenser (coke, dr. Pepper, sprite , ect.), one controls the amount of water, and the other controls the amount of syrup that goes into each soda, simply by adjusting they can increase profits, increased profit equals increased bonuses. This location is so dirty to me and the women’s restroom is just disgusting. They pick up the trash, but they don’t clean the toilets or the floors properly so it smells just horrible.
Costumer service is good but the coffee station is always a mess,they are out of half and half for coffee all the time and that's in general.
