Went to get gas. I went inside to use my Venmo card to put my last $33 in my tank that was bout ready to run out. The machine that I was on only took $0.22 and did not put the money back on my card. Apparently they have been having issues with certain pumps w/e. (Still don’t see how they couldn’t just move me to a different pump) Went back inside the “manager” told me there is nothing she can do because there is some “hold”. The guy working at 9:23 pm on August 2nd 2025 deserves a pay raise, pto, a loving family, nice house, cool clothes, a lovely significant other, good hair, and all good things. I know this is a corporation and people don't matter that much but he was literally doing the work of two or three people. Please. Protect him at all cost and keep him happy.
I'm a fan of QT but the individuals working inside this location are not as friendly as the other locations. And I drive everywhere weekly all the way to Southlake, Arlington, Kennedale, Euless, Richardson, and even Addison. As a UNT alumni it is unfortunate to come visit your old stomping grounds to receive suspicious looks, and unpleasant attitude. Secret shoppers of different demographics should stroll by. I'm so disappointed especially for the gentleman that was working today around 12:45pm

I was wondering why the coffee ☕ price had went up so much and with her instant "Quik" wit and humorous 😂, she made me laugh. Thank you I feel much better 😊 I think I'm just going to keep coming here to get the coffee now. Because it's still at the same price as on the sign. 💯⭐👍
