Staff here is friendly and helpful, but the corporation that runs this chain is utterly and totally inept. They don’t seem to put any effort at all into maintaining their equipment and when something breaks, And something is always broken, You can bet that it will be several weeks two months before it’s fixed. Not sure how they think this is worth almost $4. Not even half way full. This is some cheap stake BS.
I’ve always liked coming here because it’s usually clean and friendly, and I’ll continue to shop here. Today was different. It was a little busy, but there were two employees at the counter with no customers, talking about personal, non-work topics. When I stepped up, they barely glanced at me and continued their conversation. I felt awkward, like I was interrupting. Went in for the 4 dollars deal...and got charged regular price....tf
Very rude employees. Not a good place to go if you have kids with you. Not sure if it was my child or my color that was the problem but it was the worst experience.
