I love QT, but in resent years I've notice a decline in service, cleanliness and attitude. In this case the people at the front were great, but the bathroom even after being cleaned it smell like urine. The hotdog machine were dirty.
Stopped in to warm up my cookie that I got from chick fil a that I was craving. I guess I shouldn’t have done that because the guy behind the counter yelled, “Have a good day!” Very loudly as I was walking out the door. I turned around and smiled and as I was walking towards my car, I noticed that he was still looking at me (along with some other customers) as I got into my car. Horrible customer service, the cashier got upset when I declined her sexual advances and I've gotten harassed by every cashier since
I like quiktrip, although i do not appreciate the fact that they changed their coffee bar. There's no hot chocolate and there aren't even packets! And there are only a few lil Q cups for slushies and adding the fact that most flavors are out of service, the drinks at quiktrip are very limited not a fan.
Good customer service, the bathroom was trash, don't look for snacks here though, prices are high.
