We go to QT because I like the employees as they are welcoming. Bathroom was clean. We usually get a drink and something to eat.
SODA fountains all down, tea area down, Kitchen ordering screens down.... whats up QT? DO BETTER! I constantly have to go to multiple locations to get working equipment!
Quick trip has really fell off these last couple of years. You’d think for a company that is a gas station/truck stop, certain things would be maintained at a high standard. Why are the coffee machines always down, drinks stations not being refreshed, no donuts, and low stocked cups etc… Station cleanliness could also be better. Overall, I’ll probably look towards better company alternatives that maintain customer standards & experiences.
