I was trying to pump gas at QuikTrip store 741 and I was amazed the Manager named Claude came out to help me. He actually was so very kind and pumped my gas for me and helped get my card to work. I only buy gas at this location when I’m home in Decatur and they always provide excellent service. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that he did this for me in the extremely hot weather. Please go there if you want exceptional service!
Slushie machines are literally never in good working order.
Went in for hot dogs and the "finished ones" were all clearly undercooked.
excellent staff always friendly. I heard they were going to tear down this store and rebuild it and it would take 6 months. Stupid move on whoever decided this as there are a lot of regulars that are going to be left high and dry They finally opened and it was worth it. They kept the same staff which was smart. One sm,all problem is when my Quickpump card stopped working after 10 years they were unable to replace it even after they said they requested them from Corporate and were never sent.
