Extremely bad customer service. I came to this QT on 9/15 and bought things inside the store. I paid with $20 in CASH and asked to pay the remaining balance on my card. After getting home I checked my account and realized QT charged me the entire purchase amount to my debit card, totally discarding the $20 I gave in cash. Weird, as the correct amount showed on the credit card machine when I tapped my card. I called the store, was very nice about the situation and was told they would have to look into it. Only saw 2 employees. 6 foot long 7 inches wide coffee spill when we walked in. Women's bathroom closed for cleaning. The spill and bathroom closed when we left.
