I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Everything was inside including my phone. Melody really helped me as I tried to navigate the situation. She graciously let me use her phone for what must have been 45 minutes. I got a trainee who didn’t really know how to get me roadside assistance. In fact, she couldn’t even pull up my account through my address. So finally, I called my agent and they got me the help I needed.
