Yet again your staff is pressure washing at 4pm, an extremely busy time. Your staff smacked me with the hose today. You need to do better! The guy using the pressure sprayer today couldn’t care if he sprayed people or not. He watched me walk up to the front of the store at 4:15 pm (what an appropriate time to be pressure washing) and instead of stopping he continued to spray even after I asked him to give me a minute to get inside.
