Seems like the fountain machine is always broken.
Came in this afternoon for their new Meatball sub, only to be told they were out of them (none ready to serve but needed to be cooked). I had been to 2 other QT locations looking to try it (Especially a foot long for 6.99 and you get a Big Q drink for free) but the other 2 location were completely out. Was told it would be 16 min wait, so I did. WELL WORTH IT! Not only was the sub very tasty, the customer service inside (both the counter but the two ladies serving the food). Latina woman with the glasses has a major attitude. I respectfully asked for a small bag after my transaction and she put my things in the bag and pushed my drinks over. If you don’t like your job then find a new job but don’t take your bad day out on customers.
