Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich from the kitchen. The guy who was inside the kitchen was a gentleman with long blonde hair at 6:20 in the morning was rather focused on putting out breakfast sandwiches and breakfast tacos out on the shelves rather than helping the customer that’s been waiting 15 minutes pretty ridiculous helped the customer first they’ll be plenty of breakfast sandwiches on the shelves once he’s done. and then he has the audacity to say I’ll give you your sandwich once you pay at most QT I go to th... read more
I come to this qt quite a lot and absolutely love the people who work here. Came here very early in the morning for tea, I asked her when they typically make tea and she said anywhere from 3:30 to 4:00 am. I asked her what specific time because I would wait in the parking lot for how good the tea is and she said she couldn't confirm it. I don't know just weird. Why can't you tell me when you are making the tea? Why did you drain them all if you weren't gonna make more? I just wanted some tea and I have to go to another QT. G... read more
The night manager and Justin are amazing always so warm and welcoming this is our favorite QT because of these two associates!!!
My wife and I stayed at a resort in Peoria and this place was close. We went to it multiple times and I thought it was great. It surprised me to see the negative reviews by others but I can understand. When we were there the help was great, the coffee was good and the donuts fresh. We were happy campers on Happy Valley RD!
