Got gas, parked, 1 toilet of 3 working, no ice for the "tea side", actively leaking liquid (wasn't clear) from ceiling above donut display about to overflow and add to whatever was on the floor. Seemed like this place needed to call it a day and do some repairs. I went elsewhere for the restroom, drink and some food.
The bathroom was disgusting. The trash was overflowing all over & there was no soap available in the bathroom. The store attendant's "witty" humor was belittling & offensive.
When you advertise the taco and a drink for $2.99 and you quit offering at that price you need to take the signs down or honor that price
We will not longer be stopping at this Quik Trip on the way to St. Louis, it is the worst! Cooler leaking all over the floor, wet towels and rugs everywhere. Last time, there was standing water throughout the store. QT is always our preference when traveling and locally in KC. This location doesn't meet QT's standards at all!
Half of the pumps out of order and the only one open that wasn't out of order would only pump 0.5 gallons at a time. I was on E or I would've went somewhere else after the second time it tripped. Fix your equipment!
