Family and I always stop here on our way to Kansas and back to Missouri. This last two stops were pitiful. Women and men's bathrooms were a mess, faucets in the women's bathroom are almost falling out of the wall, paper towels strewn on the floor. Half of your fresh to go drink selections are down for "cleaning" or closed for "maintenance". We never see any staff cleaning these machines or cleaning bathrooms, etc. I know this spot is a very popular one but cmon, this is ridiculous.
Good options and variety a little pricey though.
Got gas, parked, 1 toilet of 3 working, no ice for the "tea side", actively leaking liquid (wasn't clear) from ceiling above donut display about to overflow and add to whatever was on the floor. Seemed like this place needed to call it a day and do some repairs. I went elsewhere for the restroom, drink and some food.
The bathroom was disgusting. The trash was overflowing all over & there was no soap available in the bathroom. The store attendant's "witty" humor was belittling & offensive.
