Rude and unpleasant employees, particularly Chris N. Maybe someone shot his dog this morning or he gets picked on a lot. Not really sure but it seems kind of like he hates his job and his customers and takes it out on them. He also tells people that he is the manager and I'm honestly not sure if he is being dishonest or just delusional. Either or both seem likely.
