I was at this QT at 5:30 pm Tuesday June 9th. Had a free drink coupon Got a large soda and a kids cup about half full of water for my two dogs in car. The young lady took my free coupon for soda and then asked for .43 cents . I asked what that was for she said water . I had told her it was for dogs. She said did not matter . Sign on wall says charge for cups of water. Now my wife and I have been going to QTs for years in Council Bluffs Iowa and omaha / papillon areas.
