We've been with them 12 years and the new software is an utter disaster and I've almost lost control of my facility. It is near impossible to do anything with the software and what you can do is extremely frustrating. I don't know who designed it but it wasn't designed by someone running a facility. Great company!
I do a lot of business and this is the absolutely worst company that I have worked with (or close to it). Their software, initial and general support, is a joke and does not even make their scheduled times. I have been waiting for two months for them to set it up, with them blaming us loosing the power supply, which was never included. They then charged us $125 for the power supplies. System still didn't work and then they said we blew the systems and would not warranty them. Made us buy a new $4500, 2 keypad system that NEV... read more
Getting ahold of these guys for initial setup (which they require you to do) or tech support is an absolute nightmare. They never answer your call, you always have to leave a message for a callback. I have never gotten a callback sooner than an hour later, and usually wait over 2 hours on average. Refusing to hire sufficient staff to properly support your product is completely unacceptable. Especially when you also refuse to give the field techs who install and maintain your products any kind of back end access or training. ... read more
We have used Quikstor for our storage facility for many years. Prior to that we had a company that was not good and as you know your storage software needs to be top notch. I highly recommend Quikstor. The software is wonderful and easy to use. We have never had a problem with their software and our credit card processing company. Which is critical, right?
