Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service I received in store today. I came shopping with my partner and needed help with sizing. I approached the checkout to ask for assistance and was greeted by 2 of the staff sitting down behind the counter on top of each other, flirting. Photo for reference. Just had a wonderful shopping experience with Brooke and Mac. They were very knowledgeable of their product. They made constructive recommendations without being pushy. Between the high quality store merchandise and the high level of customer service, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
