This had been my gas station for over four years now. Even though I have moved by the college now, I still stop by weekly to fill my car up. Over that period of time, all the staff have been friendly and helpful. A special "thanks"to Ray.
The new employee is very rude. Doesn't know how to look at money. He was definitely terrorizing the store with others questioning his behavior. Mentioned he is the owner of sort. Loud , hardly speaking, stated something like Ala hu akbar. I didn't understand the foreigner so I just went across the street.
The card reader, supposedly, wasn't reading my card. My debit card was taken out of my hand by the cashier (Ray, on the receipt), he looked at the back of the card (I presume to look for my pin) while typing on his phone. He then forcefully pushed the cancel button on the card reader and put my card back into the card reader to process my transaction. I should have cancelled the transaction altogether. I got my car fixed and recently got it back in February. This is the only gas station I’ve been using since then, I thought great prices and it’s right next to where I work. My car was struggling to accelerate for a couple days now brought it back to the mechanic and turns out the new catalytic converter they installed clogged and was close to blowing my engine because of the type of gas of I was using another 700$ I had to spend. I just dont trust the pumps? Cause you cant use your card on it, other than that the store was nice and the employees were friendly, ease of the transaction was pretty cool..fresh coffees, always have food on the grill and the hot food section..
