I do not give it a star at all because for one I hate the changes they have made. Who ever heard of charging you a fee if you do not have your own receipt when you can clearly use the customers ID to look them up in the system. To me that is just being money hungry, and this is the only pawn shop that charge for a freaking paper if you do not have it.
