The only reason this store is getting a 3 star is solely for the fact the two women working the front we're incredibly nice and informational. The male, Eric, obviously had no sense of how slick the roads and parking lots are especially if they have not been plowed, shoveled or salted/sanded. I was leaving to get an additional piece of information to get a loan, I was backing up, I hit a slick spots in the driveway which caused my car to start sliding. At first I was pretty bummed about my customer service experience here. I came in with a pre approved offer, but they don't tell you what you need to bring with you. I would strongly suggest calling them beforehand. Especially if you live far from Thornton (as was my case). They'll put you on a long hold, but it's worth it to make sure you're prepared with everything you need to take out a loan.
