Laura is so courteous, professional, caring and helpful. She really makes it a pleasant and stress- free experience to borrow money even when nobody would be borrowing money unless there was already a stressful situation at play. It seems she takes her work very personally and treats each individual customer and borrower as if they were a member of her own family.
