Very cute garden shop with nice selection of plants at reasonable prices, large pottery section, and cute gift shop with lots of items for plant lovers.
Very friendly service and goes above the call of duty when looking for special herbs and best alternatives.
I was looking for outdoor water plants which other stores either didn't have or they were located completely on the other side of the city from me. The Secret Garden had a lovely selection of floating water plants (water hyacinth, water lettuce, duck weed...) as well as water lilies and semi submerged plants, like parrots feather. The two employees that helped me were both very helpful and kind. Today, all I needed was a water hyacinth. But now that I know where this store is hiding, I will be returning.
Not good customer service. They don't acknowledge you when you come into establishment. They follow you around like you are going to steal something. Not one time did they ask can I help you find something. Won't be returning!
