Laura was amazing. Ended up almost owing money to the irs. But she sat with me and explained in detail how to correct it. Would give 5 stars but I had to take off work to accommodate her scheduled hours.
Filed taxes in February 2024 at the Richfield location. Normally we go to the Milwaukee office but we moved and the Richfield location is closer now. For a person who doesn’t want to be audited, wants their taxes filed properly and timely, and wants a knowledgeable tax accountant; the tax accountant we had was a total and complete nightmare.
